There are many good reasons to own more than just the standard Major Diatonic Harmonica:

WHAT'S THE ADVANTAGE?
It's the fastest and easiest way to find a more expressive "new sound". Owning a variety of tunings makes playing more fun, spontaneous and versatile. Why struggle with advanced playing techniques, such as "bends" and "overblows", trying to play notes that don't exist on a standard Major harp? Our altered tunings make it easier to play many different types of music and explore new musical directions.

BE SURE TO SELECT THE RIGHT KEY!
The Melody Maker and Natural Minor tunings are DESIGNED TO PLAY IN CROSS HARP AND ARE LABELED IN THE CROSS HARP KEY.

*90% of today's players use the cross harp style (2nd position) for its expressive, bluesy sound. Cross harp accents the draw notes and bending and plays in a different key from straight harp (1st position)
